The rules might keep changing, but we’re here for you no matter what.

We know it’s hard to keep up with the ever-changing rules and regulations when it comes to sports. That’s why we’ve added a few more digital formats to our portfolio to make sure our members can stay fit wherever they are, however they like. 

Since October 11th members who are not vaccinated or recovered from COVID need to pay for their own tests. We know this might be a strain on our members, so we’ve added a couple of exciting new options to your digital membership package. To try out a class simply head to our landing page, choose the category you’re interested in and book the class just as you would a live online class. 

1:1 Coaching

Just for November, we’ve launched limited edition 1:1 coaching to cover the full spectrum of our member’s needs. In these sessions you’ll work with a personal trainer to address any questions you might have regarding your personal fitness journey. If you’d like to deep dive into a specific topic, learn how to push yourself even further or just need a little guidance to reach those goals, then these sessions are perfect for you. We’re still in our testing phase, so once you’ve had the session we’d love to know what you think!

Our new 1:1 classes cover a range of topics in English, German, Polish and Spanish. Members can choose from 100 30 minute sessions per week from 5 coaches on topics including:

  • Full Body Bootcamp HIIT
  • Upper Body Blast
  • Home office mobility & stretch
  • Postnatal workout
  • Fat loss nutrition consultation
  • Weight gain nutrition consultation

Masterclasses

Urban Sports Club’s new Masterclasses mean members can select a topic of interest and book an interactive Q&A session with one of our associated industry experts. In this 45 – 60 minute session, you’ll learn about topics ranging from mobility to weight loss to injury prevention to nutrition. Find out how to prepare for a marathon, ask about the best exercises for back injuries or learn all about low-carb diets. Our team of experts will help you get into a healthy mindset, learn how to deal with setbacks and ensure you stay motivated whatever the weather. The session will be tailored to the individual needs and interests of you and the other interested parties, and afterwards the biggest challenge will be choosing which class to attend next! 

Our digital offer

In 2020, when COVID turned our world upside down, Urban Sports Club quickly offered members live online classes. Now, with the ever-changing rules and paid tests, we realise that in order to fully support all our members we need to continue to expand our digital offering. If our members enjoy these new Masterclass and 1:1 coaching formats over the next few months, we’ll make sure to include them in our portfolio permanently. When the world gives you lemons, we’ll make lemonade!

How to book

Simply visit the landing page, choose the category you’re interested in – e.g. high intensity or body detox – and head to the partner’s profile. Then book the class just as you would a live online class.
